This is the best insurance broker I could ever come by. I have a great experience every time I need to communicate with my broker. Always very helpful and very friendly. Fast response to emails and never spend too long on the phone. Was easily able to add my partner to my plan.
This was the best insurance broker. They found me the best price, very proficient with my needs, and answered all my questions. Shaun was so helpful and I recommend this place highly.
Shaun is awesome. Super helpful and really made sure to outline all the options and took the time to explain everything clearly. I thought I was going to end up paying way more on my car insurance and it turned out to be way less. Thanks a bunch!
What Is An SR22 Auto Insurance Policy?
An SR22 is a document filed with the DMV that shows proof of financial responsibility. ( Basically, it's a document that is attached to your auto insurance policy and DMV tracks this to make sure you keep an active auto insurance policy. ) You’ll need an SR22 if you were caught committing a major violation while driving, and you’ll be required to carry the SR22 for a specified amount of time depending on your situation. Once you properly fulfill the SR22 time period, your need for an SR22 will end and you won't need the SR22 filing anymore.
You May Need An SR22 Auto Insurance Policy If One Of The Following Has Happened:
-You were involved in a DUI, DWI or any major moving violation
-You were at-fault for an accident while driving without carrying auto insurance
-Your license has a suspension or has been revoked by DMV or the courts
How Long Will You Need An SR22 Auto Insurance Policy?
An SR22 will most likely be required for three years. You must carry continuous insurance during the specified period of time before the SR22 should be removed. If your policy lapses or is canceled, the auto insurance company is required to notify the DMV immediately and your license can be suspended at the point.
Possible Ways To File Your SR22 Auto Insurance Policy:
1) We can attach the SR22 to a new car insurance policy that we write for you.
2) We can get the SR22 filed separately from your current car insurance.
3) We can issue an out-of-state SR22 if needed.
4) "Non Owners SR22" ( If you do not have a vehicle registered in your name but want to get your license back )
